The schedule agents actually check
Today, tomorrow and the full week in a native app. No desktop WFM login, no printed roster on the wall, no asking a team lead.
Coming soon
Put every agent’s schedule, shift trade, overtime slot and time off request in their pocket, on top of the Amazon Connect setup you already run. Launching soon on iOS and Android.

Amazon Connect runs your contact center. Mobile Connect FCS runs the schedule behind it. Agents check shifts, claim voluntary overtime, request time off and trade shifts with colleagues, from the phone already in their hand.
Today, tomorrow and the full week in a native app. No desktop WFM login, no printed roster on the wall, no asking a team lead.
Time off, voluntary overtime and shift swaps all move through one flow, with a clear approval trail instead of inbox ping-pong.
Sits on top of the contact center you already run. No parallel system to maintain and nothing new for agents to learn.
Six things that used to need a desktop, a spreadsheet or a team lead. Now one app.
Shifts, breaks, meetings and training in a day or week view, always in the agent’s own time zone.
Publish open overtime and holiday slots to the right skill groups. Agents claim them in a tap, first come first served.
Submit holiday and leave with live balances in view, then follow the approval status without chasing anyone.
Offer a shift to eligible teammates, accept a swap and route it for approval, all inside the app.
Every schedule change, approval and accepted trade lands on the agent’s lock screen the moment it happens.
Single sign-on through your identity provider, with permissions and approval rules mirroring your existing policy.
An agent offers a shift, eligible colleagues see it, and the swap routes for approval automatically. Skill and coverage rules are checked before anyone accepts, so the roster stays valid without a planner refereeing every swap.
Agents request leave against a live balance and claim published overtime or holiday slots the moment they open. Planners fill gaps from the people who actually want the hours instead of chasing volunteers.
Every schedule change, approval and accepted trade fires a push notification. Fewer missed starts, fewer “I never saw the email” conversations, and less adherence lost to information that arrived after the shift began.
One app, two jobs to be done: from the agent picking up a Saturday to the team leader signing it off.
Check the week, swap a shift, book leave and pick up extra hours without opening a laptop.
Approve trades and leave from a queue, and reach the whole team with a change everyone will actually see.
Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Scheduling: the workforce management disciplines that decide who is on shift and when. Mobile Connect FCS brings that side of your contact center to the phone in your agents’ pockets.
The app is in development and launching soon on iOS and Android. Join the waitlist and we will contact you as soon as early access opens. Waitlist teams are onboarded first.
Nothing. It registers your interest so we can reach out when early access opens, share launch timing, and answer questions about how the app would fit your contact center. There is no cost and no obligation to buy.
Mobile Connect FCS deploys onto your existing Amazon Connect instance and reads the schedules your contact center already produces. Agents keep the same identity, the same skill groups and the same queues. The app simply gives them a mobile front end for the scheduling side of it.
No. Agents sign in with single sign-on through your existing identity provider, so there is no extra account to provision or password to reset.
Yes. Native apps for both iOS and Android are planned from launch, including push notifications for schedule changes, approvals and accepted shift trades.
Approvals follow the rules you already use. Trades are checked against skill and coverage requirements before they are offered, then routed to the team leader or planner responsible for that group.
Because the app sits on top of an Amazon Connect setup that already exists, there is no parallel scheduling system to build or migrate. We expect most contact centers to be live within days rather than quarters.
